sale at the St Regis Bal Harbour in July of 2012: $24.6 Million. In July 2011,
Senada broke the record in Palm Beach County, setting the highest price per
square foot for a condominium property: $1,500 psf or $10.4 Million for a raw
penthouse at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton. The year prior, Senada made the
largest condominium sale in Palm Beach County for 2010 at $12 million.
Prior to Douglas Elliman, Adzem spent five successful years
with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and The Corcoran Group. She is the former
Vice President of Trump International, and creative force behind marketing
Donald J. Trump’s condominium developments.
She has an MBA in Real Estate Development and a BA (Honors)
in International Business and Political Science. When handling real estate needs
for her discerning clients, Adzem is dedicated to providing professionalism,

Adzem is a member of the National Association of Realtors,
Palm Beach Board of Realtors and RAPB. She started her career as the Liaison at
the United National Protection Force (UNPROFOR) in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina
(1992-1996). In 1999, after obtaining her BA
in International Business, she worked with the Frankel Group, a strategy
consulting and venture capital firm based in New York. At TFC, Adzem advised
Fortune 500 clients on corporate strategic initiatives with focus on business
development and marketing strategies.
Adzem lives her life by the mantra “Doing Well by Doing Good”
and is an avid supporter of causes that work to empower children including the
Florence Fuller Child Development Centers. She is the recipient of the 2008
Award for Outstanding Leadership by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
